Job description:
o Customer care technicians take calls from Indian customers and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
Dealing with a wide range of products and using a powerful information database
o Provide remote solutions to problems, increasing in complexity along, probe problems and explain what to do in such a way that non-technical users can understand what action to take
Eligibility:
o Any Arts/ Science graduate (10+2+3) / 10+2 or 10+3 with min 6 months of international/Domestic call center experience (voice or chat support)
o Fresh Graduate who have passed before 2007
